All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not
processed or shipped from Friday, 3 pm PST through Sunday, or holidays.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by
a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact
you via email or phone.
During the summer season or hot weather, we recommend the express
shipping option due to the possibility of products melting during transit.


Domestic Shipping (contiguous United States)
Shipping is free in the contiguous United States. Please allow 2-10 days from
the date of posting. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico, we charge shipping fees
due to higher and varying shipping costs.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days shipping available for customers who
need their items sooner.


International Shipping (outside the United States)
All international orders are final sale. Your package may be subject to import
duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing
an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we
are unable to calculate these for you. While we work to ensure prompt
delivery, LiteNLife store is not liable for any delays due to the customs
clearance process in your country.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you
have placed your order. We make every attempt to validate the shipping
address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address
by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the
customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address,
the order will be canceled and refunded. Orders that are returned to us as
undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a
restocking fee to be determined by us .We are sorry but we do not ship to
P.O. boxes.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number
once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24
hours.

Returns

We strive to deliver high quality sustainable products, and we stand behind
our products. We are proud to say that our products and packaging
materials are eco- friendly and either compostable or biodegradable. In the
rare event that a product comes damaged or if you are not satisfied, please
contact us and we will either issue you a replacement or a refund. If you
didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was
delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. We will file a claim with
the shipping carrier, and we will replace or refund your order when the
investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the process.
